At Voylla, we want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items. Simply ensure the original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Voylla account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the item you wish to send back.

  Pack the Jewelry

  Place the item in its original brand box along with the invoice and all protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package at no extra cost to you.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or Voylla wallet within 7-10 business days.
